Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CarRental Concierge website (carrentalconcierge.online) or our services. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. WHAT WE ARE
CarRental Concierge is an independent car rental booking assistance service. We are NOT a car rental company. We do not own, operate, or manage any rental vehicles. We compare rates from car rental providers at Orlando MCO Airport, assist you with the booking process, and provide support during your rental period.
2. OUR SERVICE
For a flat service fee of $99, we provide:
- Rate comparison across all major car rental providers at Orlando MCO Airport, across all major car rental providers at Orlando MCO Airport
- Booking assistance — we make the reservation on your behalf with the selected provider
- 24/7 phone support during your entire rental period
- Free modifications to your reservation, including date changes and vehicle changes
- Roadside assistance coordination — we contact the rental provider's roadside service on your behalf
3. WHAT WE DO NOT PROVIDE
We do not provide:
- Car rental vehicles — these are provided exclusively by third-party rental companies
- Insurance or coverage of any kind
- Guarantees on vehicle availability, pricing, condition, or quality
- Legal advice regarding rental agreements, insurance options, or liability
- Roadside assistance services directly — we coordinate with the rental provider on your behalf
- Airport transportation, shuttle services, or any other travel services
4. SERVICE FEE
Our $99 service fee is a one-time flat fee per booking. This fee is separate from the car rental charges, which are paid directly to the rental provider at pickup or return. The service fee covers all services listed in Section 2 above. There are no additional charges, percentage markups, processing fees, or hidden costs.
5. PAYMENT
After you confirm your booking selection, we send you an invoice for the $99 service fee. Payment is due before we finalize the reservation with the rental provider. We accept all major credit and debit cards. The car rental charges are paid separately by you directly to the rental provider.
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
- If you cancel before we finalize the reservation with the rental provider: full $99 refund.
- If you cancel after the reservation is confirmed: the $99 service fee is non-refundable, as the comparison and booking work has been completed.
- We will assist you with canceling or modifying the rental reservation at no additional charge, subject to the rental provider's own cancellation policy.

7. BOOKING REQUESTS
Submitting a booking request form on our website is not a confirmed reservation. It is a request for our booking assistance service. No payment is required at the time of form submission. We will contact you to discuss options and confirm details before any payment or reservation is made.
8. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
Car rental providers are independent third parties. We are not responsible for:
- Their pricing, rate changes, availability, vehicle condition, or service quality
- Their terms, conditions, policies, or rental agreements
- Disputes between you and the rental provider
- Any damages, losses, injuries, or expenses that occur during the rental period
- Changes to their rates or availability after we provide a quote
All trademarks mentioned on our website belong to their respective owners. CarRental Concierge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any car rental company.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CarRental Concierge provides booking assistance only. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the $99 service fee you paid for that specific booking. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
10. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate rate comparisons and booking information. However, car rental rates and vehicle availability change frequently based on demand, season, and provider policies. We cannot guarantee that any specific rate, vehicle, or offer will be available at the time of booking or pickup. The rate presented during our comparison may differ from the final rate charged by the rental provider.
11. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete travel information (dates, preferences, contact details)
- Reviewing and understanding the rental provider's terms and conditions before confirming your reservation
- Ensuring you meet the rental provider's requirements (valid driver's license, minimum age, credit card, etc.)
- Paying the car rental charges directly to the rental provider at pickup or return
- Inspecting the rental vehicle at pickup and reporting any existing damage to the provider
- Returning the vehicle according to the provider's terms
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of CarRental Concierge or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Orlando, Florida.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
