How do I book?
Call us at (818) 698-6798 or fill out the booking request form on our Contact page. Tell us your travel dates, pickup location, and vehicle preference. We'll compare rates and call you back with the best options.
Can I cancel my booking?
Before we finalize the reservation: full $99 refund. After the booking is confirmed: the $99 is non-refundable since the work has been completed. However, we'll help you modify or cancel the rental reservation at no extra charge, subject to the provider's cancellation policy.
What happens if something goes wrong during my rental?
Call us at (818) 698-6798 — anytime, day or night. Whether it's a flat tire, an accident, a vehicle swap, or a billing question, we coordinate with the rental provider on your behalf so you don't have to sit on hold.
Why should I pay $99 when I can book online myself?
You absolutely can book directly — we even encourage it if you're comfortable. But most of our customers tell us the $99 paid for itself. We often find rates $50–$150 cheaper than what customers were about to book, and you get 24/7 personal support for your entire rental that no booking website provides.
When and how do I pay?
After you choose your option and confirm the booking, we send you an invoice for the $99 service fee. The actual rental charges are paid directly to the car rental provider at pickup or return. We never handle your rental payment.
What if my flight is delayed?
Call us. We'll contact the rental provider and adjust your pickup time. Most providers hold reservations for several hours, but we'll confirm and make sure your car is waiting when you land.
Do I need insurance?
The rental provider will offer insurance options at pickup. We can explain the typical options before your trip so you know what to expect, but we do not sell insurance ourselves. Check if your credit card or personal auto policy already covers rental vehicles.
