Refund Policy

CarRental Concierge charges a one-time flat service fee of $99 for booking assistance. This page explains our refund policy for that service fee.

Important: The car rental charges are separate from our service fee and are paid directly to the rental provider. The rental provider's own refund and cancellation policy applies to those charges, not ours.

OUR $99 SERVICE FEE — REFUND TERMS

Before the Reservation Is Finalized:

If you cancel your booking request before we finalize the reservation with the rental provider, you will receive a full refund of the $99 service fee. No questions asked.

After the Reservation Is Confirmed:

Once we have completed the rate comparison, presented you with options, and finalized the booking with the rental provider on your behalf, the $99 service fee is non-refundable. This is because the comparison and booking work has already been completed.

However, if you need to cancel or modify the rental reservation after it has been confirmed, we will assist you at no additional charge. Any cancellation fees or penalties from the rental provider are your responsibility and are governed by the provider's own cancellation policy.

EXCEPTIONS — FULL REFUND SITUATIONS

We will provide a full refund of the $99 service fee in the following situations, regardless of booking status:

- We were unable to find any rental vehicle that meets your stated requirements at Orlando MCO Airport
- We made a material error in the booking (wrong dates, wrong vehicle, wrong location) that we cannot correct
- You cancel within 24 hours of submitting your initial booking request, provided the reservation has not yet been finalized with the rental provider

Please provide your full name, booking date, and reason for the refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

CAR RENTAL PROVIDER REFUNDS

If you need to cancel or modify the rental reservation itself (the vehicle booking with the rental company), the rental provider's refund and cancellation policy applies. We will assist you with this process at no extra charge, but we cannot override the rental provider's policies or guarantee a refund from them.

Common provider cancellation policies vary, but many allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. We will advise you on the specific provider's policy when you book.
